The BestFit Group was formed in 2020 through the merger of Jumpers Fitness and all inclusive Fitness. In 2025, Jumpers Fitness studios were consolidated under the all inclusive Fitness brand to create a unified and strong market presence.

With 136 studios and over 460,000 members, all inclusive Fitness is primarily active in southern and western Germany. More than 2,000 employees ensure that members benefit not only from state-of-the-art equipment at central locations but also from a welcoming and friendly training environment.

The premium discount fitness sector, which provides members with a comprehensive range of products at attractive price points, is recording the strongest growth rates within the German fitness market. NORD Holding’s Contribution

Since 2013, NORD Holding has been actively supporting the growth of all inclusive Fitness. Initially, it played a key role in helping the Jumpers Fitness Group, founded in 2008, establish itself as a leading provider in the premium discount fitness segment in southern and western Germany.

Based on a sophisticated concept with a convincing price-performance ratio and modern locations, the number of studios since NORD Holding joined, has expanded from 10 to currently 136 and the number of members from around 20,000 to almost 460,000. With the merger with all inclusive Fitness, founded in 2003, NORD Holding is accompanying the next growth phase, which is now primarily focused on inorganic growth.
