The Heizkurier Group is a leading Equipment-as-a-Service (EaaS) provider for mobile heating and cooling solutions in the DACH region. The group currently employs over 130 people and has 16 service and sales locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Market & Drivers

The main market segments addressed are heating and cooling technology for mobile, temporary applications in energy-efficient renovation projects, HVAC trades, energy suppliers, real estate and building management, agriculture, events, construction heating, infrastructure and industry. The market drivers of these applications are, in particular, the rapidly increasing demand for energy-efficient refurbishment (climate neutrality in infrastructure and the building sector) and the increasing demand for cooling, which is driven by global warming (temperature extremes), among other things. The Heizkurier Group is thus making a positive contribution to the climate balance.

NORD Holdings Contribution

NORD Holding acquired all shares in the Heizkurier Group in 2022 as part of a secondary buyout. The existing management and the founders will also remain involved in the company. NORD Holding acts as a strategic partner and supports the Group in implementing its organic and inorganic growth strategy. As part of this strategy, the Swiss Suter Group, a pioneer in the field of pellet technology, was acquired in September 2023. Together, the Group intends to focus on the application of new technologies, the expansion of international business and the penetration of new customer segments.
