Proclinic Group is a leading European distribution company for dental products that focuses on recurring consumables with higher margins. The Barcelona-based Private Equity fund Miura Partners acquired Proclinic in 2021. The original business plan was fulfilled just two years after the investment, as the growth and buy-and-build opportunities proved to be much greater than originally anticipated.
NORD Holding invested in a continuation fund, which supports Proclinic in the next phase of growth. Mainly through add-on acquisitions to complete the offering and expand the geographical presence. Further organic growth opportunities are offered by the development of new markets via a new e-commerce platform and the subsequent conversion to an omnichannel approach. This strategy has already been successfully implemented in Germany, France and Italy. NORD Holding sees the opportunity to build a leading European distributor of dental products in a growing and resilient market segment.
