Since it was founded in 1990, Zentrum Gesundheit has developed into the leading specialist in ophthalmology in northern Germany. With 12 branches at 9 locations, Zentrum Gesundheit operates the largest group of medical care centers (MVZ) for ophthalmology in Lower Saxony and Bremen. The group employs over 230 people, most of them doctors or medical professionals. Zentrum Gesundheit offers the entire spectrum of ophthalmology from a single source with a medical focus on the treatment of cataracts as well as diabetic and age-related retinal diseases.
