RHODIUS operates on an international level and has developed from a pure component manufacturer to a provider of system solutions for OEMs and supports them with individual product concepts as development and manufacturing cycles become shorter.

NORD Holdings Contribution

Together with management, NORD Holding took over the company as a majority shareholder from the Bürger Group in 2006. With the support of NORD Holding and a strong management team, Rhodius has successfully expanded into new product areas in recent years and established an international sales and production structure. As a result, Group turnover and the number of employees have almost doubled in the past five years. In 2015, Rhodius was sold to financial investor Equistone Partners Europe.
