About the Company
The Project Eagle fund focuses on the consolidation of several smaller medium-sized companies in Sweden. Only a few Private Equity funds in the region are active in this segment. The founding partners have many years of transaction experience and an above-average track record in this sector.
In 2019, NORD Holding invested as an anchor investor in a Swedish fund (Project Eagle), a spin-off of a Nordic buyout fund. NORD Holding invested in the first Project Eagle fund with a high commission. After the first fund had shown strong performance and portfolio development, NORD Holding also invested in the second fund generation.
