Analyst - Investor Relations
We are a leading European Private Equity Manager with over 50 years of experience and €4.0 billion AuM. Our Direct Investment team focuses on growing profitable small- and medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries. Our Fund Investment team executes primary-, secondary- and co-investments alongside the best Private Equity Managers across Europe. Both teams are supported by our Investor Relations team which focuses on raising capital for the six investment strategies which NORD Holding offers to investors.
Your Role
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our investors and fundraisers. In our newly established Investor Relations team, you will work together with two experienced colleagues and in direct line of reporting to our CFO and Managing Partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and maintaining marketing materials, including investor presentations, DDQs, RFPs, and PPMs during and between fundraising cycles
- Supporting the Investor Relations Managers in their daily tasks
- Coordinating and monitoring external fundraisers
- Assisting in the organization of investor events
- Establishing, maintaining, and further developing the CRM system
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree within business, economics, or a related field from an international university/business school
- 0-2years work experience in the areas of private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or management consulting
- Exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to present numerical information insightfully
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Independent and structured way of working with strong attention to detail
- Strongwork ethic, collaborative team player, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
