NORD Holdings Contribution

NORD Holding has acquired a majority stake in NEC MED PHARMA as part of a company succession and is supporting management in expanding sales channels and further internationalization.

Following the wish of my co-shareholders to sell their shares, I have been able to gain an experienced partner in NORD Holding who can optimally support me in continuing the growth course,” explains long-standing managing director Sven Rübner, who will remain responsible for managing the company in the future as managing partner.
