  • 1910

    1910

The baroque building used by NORD Holding as headquarter "Villa Venture" since the year 2000 was built in 1910 by architect Ed. Werner from Hannover to a design by architect Prof. Hempel from Dresden.

Constructor and owner from 1910 to 1932 was Franz Bühring, businessman, member of the commercial court, vice president of the chamber of commerce (IHK), Turkish Consul and owner of Conrad Bühring silk goods in Georgstraße 24 in Hanover.

During World War II the upper floor of the entrepreneur villa was destroyed by a firebomb, but rebuilt after the war and the Registry Office Hanover used the building as a central certificate authority.

The health department Hanover later took over the object and used it from 1961 to 1997 as a site for tuberculosis care and youth dental care, giving the building the nickname "Villa tooth".

From 1997 to 2000, the villa has been completely renovated and modernized in the light of the historical period style.
